Well.
Today happened.
I saw J for the majority of today for the first time since Friday (since forever, I know... lol). Good quality time. He's officially the best.
This weekend was interesting, with Saturday as a major do-nothing day (see this post) and then Sunday as a celebratory day down at my grandparent's house. We celebrated my pop-pop's 85th birthday and gave him some belated Father's Day things, seeing as we weren't able to see him on or near the actual day. My uncle's girlfriend made him a scrumptious cake-- vanilla on the inside with chocolate icing on the exterior. It was kind of heaven.
But anyways. Looks like it's time for an AlphaUpdate! (Ah, that's so lame... but I guess that's what I'll call it XD)
Andrea. She worries me sometimes... but I love her and I hope she knows I'm always there for her...
BATTLE BLOCK THEATRE!!! J and I have had our eyes on this game for a while... and then I find out today he bought it for me (: So excited...
Cookies. ...that's what I'll be baking (most likely) for that picnic on Wednesday! Woo!
Dad. Dunno if I mentioned, but he's not exactly in the best job situation.... his contract ends in like, September... so he needs to find something fast if we're still going to manage to survive...
Excited. For Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidayyyyyyyyyyy :D
Fireflies. They came out a while ago, but now I know it's summer. Upon looking out my window, I can see tons up in the tree, their lights blinking sporadically and it looks like a neon-y light show (:
Graduates. All the graduation posts on Facebook.... They're EVERYWHERE.... It's making me feel all sad and reminiscent.
Hungry. I seem hungry all the time as of late...
Icecream. I can't leave the stuff alone... Ice cream eaters anonymous, anyone?
J. He is the best (: For so many reasons. <3
Keller Williams. My new...job? Forgot to mention, but I may be offered a job as a blogger/promoter for my boyfriend's mom who happens to work under those people. At $10/hr, and blogging of all things, it's a purty sweet deal :D
Lazy. Yeah, still haven't done much work on anything for school... sigh....
Moody. Why are some guys moodier than girls on their periods? It's so annoying....
Noodles. Good comfort food. Soft, too...
One Republic/The Script!!!! Their concert is this Friday and I am EXCITED! Gonna see them live at Jiffy Lube in Bristow :D
Pop-Pop's 85th birthday! It was a fun time (: He loves Panera Bread, apparently, so we got him a gift card there. If they announce that they're out of sourdough bread any time soon, you'll know why. He most likely ate their entire supply (;
Quiet. Been taking some time to rest up and just chill in the silence.
Riding like the wind, Bullseye. Yeah, if there were a speed limit for biking in residential areas, I feel like I've broken it so much lately...
Sleep schedule. Yeah, it's starting to get messed up... I know it's summer and all, but going to sleep at like midnight/1 AM every night can't be the best thing.
Tidying up. Guess who did a complete clean-up of her room last night around 3 AM? (Yeah, couldn't sleep...)
UV Rays. UGH WHY DO I BURN SO EASILY... Pasty skin and going outside and forgetting to put on sunscreen don't mix....
VA Tech. That college sweatshirt is very comfy... soft and warm... and

Wednesday. Looking forward to that picnic :D

Yams. Yep, again. I just had them at Andrea's a while ago, and I thought... whell... why not use them again? I mean, they were good yams....
Zitti. Baked? It's delicious. Just saying.
